and other activities. Let us start with the importance of

fit. By regular physical activity, the

is less prone to many serious diseases. Apart from physical fitness,

is diet, yoga, gym. Diet plays a vital role in keeping the

fit. Unhealthy and junk foods will make people obese and lazy. Yoga is one of the oldest forms of fitness technique which is effective and successful even in today's era. It helps to maintain mental peace and a relaxed

. Regular gym exercise

helps to keep the

in shape. It is believed that proper diet and regular exercise in a proper manner contributes to a long life. Another factor that should be taken care of for a healthy life is sleep. Sleep deprivation often causes problems like stress. To conclude, it can be seen that there are several measures other than

. It should be the individual’s choice which activity is suitable for him/her.
