The plans below show the site of an airport now and how it will look after redevelopment next year.

The
first
diagram shows the current layout plan of the airport and the
second
is the proposed development and extension plan. If we compare both diagrams, we can see many changes in the overall structure and design of the airport. Some of the prominent changes are as follows. The
first
major change is an increase in the number of gates and a sky train which will assist the passenger to go to their desired gate number.
Second
, are duty-free shops. The
third
change is increasing the departure and arrival gates to facilitate the flow of incoming and outgoing passengers and there is a car hire service
also
which will be available on the arrival gate on the extreme right side of the building. The fourth change is in the main security and passport building, where many facilities have been planned for the travellers
such
as sky train, cafe shop, car hire, ATM bag drop service, and more check-in counters. To conclude,
this
is a very well-planned design, which will not only provide passengers with a comfortable and luxury travelling experience but
also
increase the capacity of the airport to handle more passengers per year.
