facilities is the optimal way to enhance public health or not. In order to see whether the former notion outdoes the latter, we need to look at both sides of the arguments and

I will explain why other measurements are needed. On one side of the argument, people believe that more

centres mean easy access to physical activity for the public. People often have

view because they think that the majority of individuals are reluctant to go out for exercise and physical activity because there are not enough gyms and

buildings in their area.

, they rather stay at home and play computer games.

For example

, after a long day of school or work, it might not be appealed for youngsters to travel far for a

facility.

In contrast

, easy access and availability of more playgrounds will motivate them to join these facilities.

On the other hand

, some believe that increasing the number of play centres will have a marginal effect due to the shortage of time and motivation. In

fast-paced and tech-savvy life, it is not possible for everyone to manage time.

Furthermore

, there is a lack of awareness of the health benefits associated with these

sports

centres. To illustrate

, a person who works 8 to 10 hours a day and is not health-conscious will not join any

institute even though there are plenty of options available to him. In conclusion, it will be convenient for the public to join

grounds if there are facilities available,

might have a little impact because of time management. In my opinion, the government should encourage people to live a healthy life and society should learn how to manage work-life balance.
