are manufactured. Overall, the process involves ten steps and two main phases, starting with

excavation, and culminating with heating the coloured

. There are some steps that should be done before the

are moulded.
To begin
with,
clay
needs to be excavated from the ground by a digger and
then
transfers to the factory.
This
clay
then
is crushed in two different levels by two crushing machines to sift. After which, the sifted
clay
will be mixed with water in order to make a homogenous paste. In the
second
phase, the paste is poured into moulds in order to shape and dry, in about 4 to 6 hours.
This
shaped
pots
are heated in mould, at about 1000 Celsius to become hard. After that, the
pots
are ready to be coloured, and
finally
, these ceramic
pots
should be heated again in a colour firing machine.
