Due to the advancement in technology, the lives of

have been quite convenient. Since most of the activities that required physical efforts in the past along with mental ones are now done with minimal physical exertion. I believe that staying fit or not by taking care of oneself is entirely the responsibility of the individual in question. Government can not do much if
people
themselves don't have enough
willpower
of staying healthy.

, the most prominent role is played by a person's
willpower
in staying healthy because the whole human body functions and reacts according to the brain's instructions. If,

, one wants to stay healthy, eat nutritious food, avoid eating junk food and exercise on regular basis,

he needs to have a strong determination of doing all these things. Since weak desires of keeping oneself fit can't help much in staying put with the motive of maintaining a good physique.

can not be made to eat food full of nutrition or can not be forced to work out every morning by the government by imposing rules on them. Imposition is not something that could encourage
