nowadays claim that the rate of overweight is increasing in children and adults. With more extremely negative impacts being witnessed due to

phenomenon, it is apt to discuss the causes including sedentary lifestyle and overeating habits.
However
, changing eating habits and regular physical activity are the most effective ways to reduce the impacts of
obesity
. There are a number of factors why there are more and more population suffering from
obesity
. The primary reason is that children and adults are satisfied with fast food and high sugar drinks. If
people
consume high amounts of
energy
more than required
energy
for living, particularly sugar or fats, exceed more
energy
will be stored by the body as fats. Those who do not burn off the
energy
through exercise will be at
risk
of
obesity
and other
obesity
-related health issues. There are,
on the other hand
, some effective solutions that can reduce the
risk
of being overweight. One of the most promising reasons is to decrease saturated intake and to consume a variety of nutritional sources.
In particular
, a healthy meal should consist of a reasonable amount of vegetables, protein and healthy fats

as olive oil or avocado.

suffering from overweigh need to stick to suitable exercise timetables. Many

have office jobs that do involve sitting at a desk rather than walking, they should do moderate-intensive workouts or jog. Being overweight is a

are unhealthy diet and physical inactivity. Whereas increasing awareness about what

intake and committing regular physical exercise could reduce the
