phenomenon, it is apt to discuss the causes including sedentary lifestyle and overeating habits.

, changing eating habits and regular physical activity are the most effective ways to reduce the impacts of
obesity
. There are a number of factors why there are more and more population suffering from
obesity
. The primary reason is that children and adults are satisfied with fast food and high sugar drinks. If
people
consume high amounts of
energy
more than required
energy
for living, particularly sugar or fats, exceed more

will be stored by the body as fats. Those who do not burn off the

through exercise will be at
risk

, some effective solutions that can reduce the
