letter is in regards to discussing the problems being faced with the ongoing office work
nearby my residence.
Recently, at DLF cybercity housing apartments, one of your workspaces is being constructed on the second
floor. In order to meet the project deadlines, the work
is being performed 24*7 which is a cause of our concern and discomfort.
I would like to bring to your notice, the problems which are being faced by the families staying on campus. The work
goes on till late at night disturbing sleep which leads to unproductive mornings. Additionally
, the waste material is not disposed of properly. Therefore
it results in impacting the hygiene and health of people. Furthermore
, children are facing difficulties in attending online academic classes as the loud noise of heavy machines becomes a distraction.
It will be very kind of you if some regulative measures could be imposed on the ongoing construction work
. A few suggestions that could be helpful : work
shifts should be adjusted to normal working hours, placing larger bins for garbage collection, judicious water usage to reduce the danger of others slipping on the floor.
