People continue to commit crimes even after being punished for it. Why do you think this happens? How can crime be stopped?

Nowadays, many people are content to commit crimes again even they are set free after spending a long time living in prisons. In my opinion,
this
matter has two causes which are money and a low level of education. On the one hand, most
criminals
are not highly educated. These
criminals
are often detained, and they have a negative mindset. They did not attend school early due to some problems
such
as poor families not providing enough cash to pay tuition fees, or their lack of education from their parents which led to them being a bad guy. All of these factors can transform a young person into a thief or a criminal.
For example
, many
criminals
have no educational certifications or live without their parent's supervision.
In addition
, lacking money is
also
a potential cause that leads to criminality. If a person has a low level of education, it means that they do not have essential skills for a job. They will be dropped down to an unorganized life without cash. From that, they began to steal money from others, or from banks or ATMs for food and basic necessities without paying attention to their illegal devices.
On the other hand
, I believe that in order to solve the city's crime problem, the
police
force is a vital component. The government needs to install security cameras in more
police
in public places. The force has functions to check the population, and the security cameras system should be deployed in every corner of the city, in a shopping mall and city centres to capture every move of
criminals
. With
this
tool, the
police
can prevent and chase
criminals
more often than ever. Another solution would be to provide job opportunities for people who are not employed. If a poor person has a job, he can work to earn his life's sustenance and have the opportunity to dedicate his effort to society. From that, he can live in an appropriate way without coming up with committing crimes. In conclusion, the crime rate is still increasing day by day but there have been some certain ways for the matter which depend on the
police
forces with technology and jobs proposals.
