Dear Sir,
This
is Priya Anand. I am writing to inform you about the car accident which I experienced recently. Please allow me to explain. I had hired a Lexus 540 model from one of your rental companies located at 45, Pegasus trail, Scarborough, ON - EEE 556 on the 3rd of January 2022. I had rented for a week to visit British Columbia with my family. When I was driving over the bridge of Nova Scotia, I had to stop in a signal and I was waiting for the traffic light to turn green in order to continue my journey. Unfortunately, a truck that was coming towards the signal had lost its control over the break and hit the rental car. It was an embarrassing moment where all of my family members was afraid. Fortunately, no one had any injuries because of the airbag. I had informed the local police immediately to take swift action because there wasn't anything wrong from my perspective.
Moreover
, I had called the helpline of your company and registered a complaint to claim the insurance. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you would like to
further
discuss, please call me on my mobile. Yours faithfully, JD
