In the current modern world, because of a highly competitive market, advertising is one the largest industries which helps other businesses to grow their share of the market. In my opinion, advertisements influence potential customers in two different ways.
First
Linking Words
, to persuade them to buy new products which they do not know about.
Second
Linking Words
, to change their opinion about the brand of the goods which they really need to buy. On the one hand, some people are not aware of the solutions available for their needs. One of the important roles of the advertising industry is to introduce new products, being unavailable once, whereby people’s hidden desires could be satisfied.
For instance

, if someone has a problem with chopping potatoes for cooking and a new tool has been produced to do
this
Linking Words
in a faster and safer way, he will not know about it without being exposed to advertisements.
On the contrary

, some purchases are

case, the role of advertisement is to persuade them to buy a different brand, by giving more information and emphasizing the features. They often do
this

using a variety of techniques

as hiring billboards, producing short footage and offering discounts. All in all,

the majority of people know about their needs for shopping, advertising can introduce them to new kinds of goods and influence their decision about the make and brand they have chosen to buy.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
