hard and limits the scope of new development as there is always a shortage of money ,so some people are in favour of government offering fundings for those

for new developments and I partially agree with the above-mentioned idea . The

pieces like paintings and drawings are the best expression of the painters or designers but in the

galleries or in exhibitions they do not always get the value expected by their creators. sometimes they never get any value at all and for

such

a piece of

art

it takes at least a couple of weeks of hard work and material to develop one artefact ,

in other words

,all the efforts becomes zero

will be a win-win for everyone and there will be no extra burden on governments.
