Most artists earn low salaries and should therefore receive funding from the government in order for them to continue with their work. To what extent do you agree

There are no standards for assessing or appraisal of the
arts
and the value of the
arts
are in the majority of cases depending on the wish of the buyers who want to get it from the artist and majority of the time
such
arts
and work of
artists
gets undervalued and it makes the life of
artists
hard and limits the scope of new development as there is always a shortage of money ,so some people are in favour of government offering fundings for those
artists
for new developments and I partially agree with the above-mentioned idea . The
art
pieces like paintings and drawings are the best expression of the painters or designers but in the
art
galleries or in exhibitions they do not always get the value expected by their creators. sometimes they never get any value at all and for
such
a piece of
art
it takes at least a couple of weeks of hard work and material to develop one artefact ,
in other words
,all the efforts becomes zero
,
Remove the comma
apply
show examples
when no buyers of the
art
and the
artists
remain penniless. On the other , hand, some
artists
who are famous for their work get hefty money for some small drawings of
art
pieces.
For instance
like new
artists
when they are struggling for their carrier government should provide some grants and they can return
such
funds later in their life when they get the return from their
arts
.some music compositors are getting millions of dollars for single albums ,so for the betterment of all ,
artists
there should be one foundation where all rich
artists
can contribute and new
artists
get benefit from it.
This
will be a win-win for everyone and there will be no extra burden on governments.
