workers used to play games on mobile or smartphones during their free

so they miss another opportunity for workouts. use of vehicles for commuting

takes away another workout chance in the form of walking or cycling. solution for

is to create opportunities or chances for

by allowing them extra
time
for reaching job by walking or cycling ,getting in sports with friends and families when they get-together in parks or use break
time
for active sports rather than games on mobiles. job places can arrange sports competitions between workers groups to encourage them to stay active, in , conclusion with the active participation of workers only they can stay healthy by adopting a healthy diet and small but more frequent
exercise
regimes whenever possible like walking, playing games,football ,volleyball,cycling or any type of brisk physical activity to maintain energy level as well as stay fit and healthy.
