These days fathers stay at home to take care of children while mothers go out to work. What could be the cause of this? Do you think it is a positive or a negative development?

These days, there is a drastic change in the upbringing of pupils as fathers have taken the responsibility for their children and chosen to stay inside the house whereas mothers are earning bread for the entire family.
This
essay will look at the causes for
such
kinds of changes and propose some solutions because it is considered to be a negative development in society. One of the main causes of
this
is that women are getting higher pay packages because they are capable to score good marks and getting a dream job with desired salary and men do not study seriously which resulted to take up low salary jobs. Solutions are for the government to take
care
of
such
things as a mother is the
first
teacher of a child who actually plays a vital role in their upbringing. Another reason is that females consider them to be the allrounder who is excelled to take
care
of personal and professional things simultaneously that they choose to earn and
then
in the evening take proper
care
of their kids as well while mens' focus on one thing at a time. To tackle
this
issue, people can employ servants for taking
care
of their kids which will allow men to do jobs. The
third
cause of
this
problem is that more emphasis is placed on women empowerment which has boosted up the employment opportunities for females in the market which has caused the drop in opportunities for male members.
This
can be seen in various data published on print media every year. To conclude, mothers go out and get employment leaving fathers behind at home to take
care
of their kids as the government should maintain equality in job opportunities for both genders which will allow both to work and employ maids who will take good
care
of their pupils in order to combat negative development in the society,
