More and more people prefer to buy readymade food from restaurants or convenience stores instead of cooking for themselves. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this?

In the
last
few years, we can easily see a lot of new restaurants, fast
food
chains or packed
food
manufacturers come into the market.
People
like ready-made
food
and always try to eat out or purchase already cooked
food
.
However
,
people
are not well aware of the draw side of the frequent use of that kind of
food
. In
this
fast-paced environment, generally, in a couple, both family members do a job and manage their lifestyle. But with work, it is difficult to cook and do frequent groceries.
This
is one of the main reasons that
people
have more attention to restaurants and packed foods.
For instance
, a couple comes back from work, so they can easily just make a phone call or even order online any variety of
food
on their doorstep.
Also
, packed
food
is very popular among students as well, especially those who do not live far away from their families. Despite the fact, restaurants
food
are easy to get or it is extra delicious, we are forgetting one thing that around more than 90% of the
food
is unhealthy. For more illustration, we can easily see researches that show us that the young generation starts facing heart problems and some other serious diseases. Due to
this
reason, some countries apply some extra taxes on restaurant foods or tin packed
food
, so
people
can avoid it. In conclusion, now cooked
food
is just one phone call far away, and it is more delicious,
however
, there are huge drawbacks on our health and at the same time, we are losing home-based cooking culture.
