Modern proffesional women confront a diffilculty that men dont generally face : the struggle to balance the pressures of work and home. In your opinion, how can this diffilculty Best be solved? Give reasons for your answer and include examples from your own knowledge and experiance.

In
this
current era, survival is a rat race where humans compete for a better standard of living which includes more comfortable homes, vehicles and education. Women are required to step into the professional field in which most of the time they fail to give equal attention towards
work
and home. Men
on the other hand
face fewer issues as their primary role play as being the main breadwinner is noteworthy. In the subsequent paragraphs, I will elaborate on the measures of resolving
this
conundrum. Traditionally, women have been expected to take full responsibility from childbearing to child-rearing and household chores.
However
, due to the growing population which surpasses the employment rate, economic crisis and recession in certain countries, women are expected to
work
as well. In some families whereby the husband is jobless, a working wife would definitely ease the burden of
this
dilemma.
On the contrary
, when both parents go to
work
, a child left alone will be deprived of attention and neglected. To overcome
this
atrocity, child care centres form a fundamental platform in taking the role of parents. Apart from providing adequate care and education, children get to mingle with others which improve their social and communicative skills. Advocating a maid provides home-based care which might seem more convenient to some. Role sharing between couples is pivotal. Husbands should chip in some of their valuable time for child support. Having a flexible working schedule and understanding boss allows
this
to happen so as to be able to
work
from home. Summing up,
although
working mums receive many challenges in juggling both
work
and home, acquiring additional assistance from others as well as developing a good understanding with their partner and having a flexible, as well as balanced
work
, a schedule will remedy the problems face in ensuring a happy , contented and united family.
