Nowadays, many people change jobs quite regularly, rather than working in the one company for their entire careers. Why do you think this is happening? How can companies keep their workers?
Lately, it has been observed that many
people
prefer to change their jobs
regularly rather than staying in a company for their whole life. This
essay will discuss the problems of this
development which include less income and job satisfaction. It will also
suggest solutions that are helpful to overcome this
issue.
To begin
with, there are two major problems with this
trend. It is widely known that in job satisfaction. For example
, it has been stated that nowadays people
are changing their jobs
because they do not have interest in their work
they just doing their jobs
only for making money because they want to survive and protect their families from the outer problems by savings. Another is that people
have less interest in their work
because they need to find high paid salary jobs
which are sufficient to fulfil all their necessities.
In order to tackle this
concern, there could be possible solutions. Firstly
, for instance
, companies
should provide more opportunities to their workers because they are pillars of the company and if companies
fulfil their all needs so it can be easier for them and they will not need to change their careers. Companies
should raise their income and the government should also
provide more opportunities to increase their work
abilities because if people
work
for themselves so it is not only beneficial for their own but also
helpful to increase the economy level of a country.
To conclude, people
are changing their passions day by day as compared to spending their whole lives in a single workplace which generates issues like profit issues for companies
and less demand for work
. However
, such
an issue can be controlled if the government provide opportunities to them and companies
should complete their all the desires.Submitted by ankeshsaini100 on
