Write a letter to a friend about an item you borrowed last week, that accidentally got damaged. In your letter – Describe the item. – What was the damage? – What do you intend to do to rectify the problem?
Dear Karma,
I am writing
this
letter to represent my apology for accidentally damaging your notebook which I took from you last
week.
I know how this
notebook is very special to you because it was a present from your mum and it has a fluffy purple cover. honestly, I didn't mean to cause any damage to it I was keeping it always in a safe place in my back bag.
However
, one day I took it out of my bag and then
I was using a paint which accidentally fall down from my hand to the notebook. it only caused damage to the top cover then
I tried to remove it out with some solution but it didn't work.
If you will accept, I can fix it by changing the cover with a new one I know on shop make this
service or I can paint or decorate the damaged are to have a better lock.
Hope to accept my apology.
