There are several people thinking that Every

should have the right to higher studies in University and that government should offer them scholarships and make them free regardless of their financial aspect .

of all, Government should offer its Scholarship benefits only to needy ones, to explain it more, Every Governing authority has its own budget for Educational purposes, from which they need to provide funds to the academy. If they try to make educational
