Some people think that it is beneficial for children to do paid work, while others think that it can be harmful for children. Do you think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

It is argued by some people that earning
money
is good for the younger generation while others believe it is harmful to them. Activities will have an impact on
children
. I will reason why the advantages outweigh the drawbacks in the forthcoming paragraphs. From ancient times people started working at a very early age mostly as slaves. Nowadays child labour is unacceptable by society and even punishable by law if it is forced. Most
children
go to make
money
when they are at school. Earning
money
from an early age may have a bad influence because the younger generation will not be able to focus on the main aspect of their life – discover new knowledge and skills. Having less knowledge and skills will reduce chances in the future to get well-paid jobs.
Furthermore
, having a job and studying at the time will put a lot of mental stress and
this
has a bad influence on health. On the flip side of the coin to have income being a pupil is useful for forming the basic concept of financial literacy and becoming at least partially financially independent. Since today not all adults know financial literacy and face problems with spending
money
. And
also
teenager can try their hand at a particular profession. The
money
earned by their work will give them self-confidence. For high school students,
this
is really a very important factor, because very soon they will have to choose a job for themselves that they like, which they may have to do all their lives. In conclusion, I will say that for
children
, working in a paid job has its pros and cons, but it will be even more beneficial if parents properly direct their
children
and support them.
