could be a great opportunity to showcase what our suburb has to offer. Even though

could lead to plausible concerns about human and road traffic, a cinema could
also
improve the financial and social situation of residents. While sometimes understated, the child-friendly facilities, restaurants and parks in
this
area are overlooked and could benefit from a larger audience. On top of the standard playgrounds available, childcare centres are strewn across the area and cater to busy families.
Although
some could argue that we have the same food stores that are offered in other suburbs, we have unconventional ones too, like a cafe supplying common books and a cafe with a dog-friendly courtyard selling high tea.
On the other hand
, attracting non-locals could ironically reduce the accessibility of the district and its amenities. Another movie complex generates more options when choosing movies and entices visitors from other neighbourhoods. In like manner, more people would be exploring the district and adding to the congestion among the streets, in stores and on the roads.
