I am writing to you with a great complaint about a mistake that your telephone company did to me.
This
never happened before and I am very upset about the whole situation.
My bill
for the last
month never came, regardless of me paying it as soon as it was calculated. Firstly
, I thought the post is late, but after waiting a whole month, I received another bill
where it said that I have to pay for the last
two months of my telephone bill
. Additionally
, my telephone services have been shut down and now, I can not call anyone because of your mistake.
I always paid my bills on time, and this
happens for the first
time. I attached invoice photos as proof of me paying the last
month's bill

I urge you to find a solution and renew my old services or I will change my phone company next

Linking words are very important in your essay.
