For schoolchildren, their teachers have more influence on their intelligence and social development than their parents. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is believed that school teachers have a great impact on the students with respect to their knowledge and social well-being when compared to their
parents
.
This
essay will throw light on the
role
of both
parents
and teachers in a child's
life
and
also
will have my perspective discussed. According to my standpoint, I strongly believe that both have equal distribution in a student's
life
. School
life
is a boon for any student, where they learn a plethora of things barring their curriculum
studies
. Pupils spent almost 8 hours at school under the guidance of the faculty on a 24-hour day,
hence
, will have more influence on them. Many of the undergraduates tend to listen to their instructors and often feel that they are the correct person to follow anything related to their
studies
or even social activities. In essence, I remember an incident from my childhood, where my brother used to do his homework and extra art and craftwork at home immediately after coming from the institute.
This
was because, he was instructed by his schoolmistress to do so, which he obeyed and now he is an excellent professor in the college of arts.
This
clearly depicts how children listen to their master and carry out their duties diligently and become successful.
Furthermore
, many instructors help the juniors to cultivate good habits and teach them knowledge and wisdom and many problem-solving exercises, which mould them into better citizens.
Moreover
, educators
also
share a great camaraderie with the schoolchild that they often rely on them for any particular advice for their future.
On the other hand
, genitors
also
play a vital
role
in the
life
of children. Though after coming from academics they go out playing and do their homework and rest of their daily routine activities, at the end of the day,
parents
are always available for them to guide them and help them out with their
studies
.
Although
a teenager does not spend much time with their
parents
with respect to their
studies
, still they have a major
role
too in their extra-curricular activities.
For example
, my niece always seeks help for her project work from my sister and she gets involved and gets her work done.
Secondly
, though much of the syllabus is done at seminary, revising the subject and making it perfect will be done in the vicinity of the
parents
only.
Thirdly
,
parents
will guide the children in making decisions, especially of which subject to use as their major ones. To recapitulate, I believe that both the
parents
and teacher play an equal
role
in bringing out a child as an extrovert and brilliant student. While the teacher gives them knowledge of the subject at the same time the
parents
help them learn and remember.

Support ideas with relevant, specific examples

Examples make your writing easier to understand by illustrating points more effectively.

Examples, if used properly, not only help you get higher marks for ‘Task Response’ but also for ‘Coherence’.

When giving examples it is best to put them after your main idea or topic sentence. They can be used in the middle of supporting sentences or they can be used to start a new sentence. There is no rule for where exactly to give examples in essays, logically they would come after your main idea/topic sentence or just after a supporting sentence.

Linking words for giving examples:

  • to give a clear example
