missive to draw your attention to complaint no:112.I was travelling from Udaipur to New Delhi and when I reached the Indira Gandhi International Airport I was waiting for my luggage at the collection point but was not able to see it,

then

I lodged a complaint and the airlines confirmed I will get the revert in 2-3 days but its almost one week but still I have not received any notification from the airline's side. Let me explain my luggage.It was an American Tourister bag.It has a weight of around 10 pounds

it was in dark brown colour.

,one handle of the luggage was broken.

,I have written a capital 'S' on it with a black marker.Inside , there was my clothes as well as my pivotal college documents. I will be grateful if the airlines investigate
