The illustrations show how chocolate is produced. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant. Write at least 150 words.

The process above demonstrates how people could produce chocolate from its original shape. Overall, there are 10 stages in total to make the products from collecting pods to the final shape .
First
of all, farmers collect pods from the
cocoa
tree which only plant in South America, Africa and Indonesia.
Then
, they take cores that separate from the
cocoa
tree’s products. It would be fermented and spread on the ground to dry
beans
under the sun. After being dried the previous
beans
might be collected and put in large sacks and transported to the factory by train or lorry. After arriving at the
cocoa
factory,
beans
might be roasted under pressure and high heat. At the ninth stage, the dry bean might be separated from the outer shell. In the
last
step, under huge pressure
cocoa
beans
would be pressed into liquid. The factory might freeze the chocolate’s liquid and create the final form.
