Certain individuals who are born in their birthplace are familiar with the environment in which they were raised.

, it's a lot easier for them to converse and socialize with other people whom they know well within their community.

, young adults, are close to their parents and oftentimes would not have to worry about paying rent.

disadvantages for individuals who are reluctant in relocating away from their birthplace. Those who do not move far away their entire lives may be afraid of taking risks. Relocating means a person will have to leave behind all the things they are familiar with, as well as in the area they have been living in and start a new life in another place.

, most people are afraid of experiencing something

that is

unknown or unforeseeable which makes them anxious and worried about their future,

why most of them prefer to live somewhere

that is

familiar to them and not change the status quo of their life.

, they might miss out on certain opportunities that are not available within their current location.

, most of the jobs and career opportunities are far away and mostly in the big cities, that's why most people from rural areas flock to the major cities in hopes to find better jobs, higher salaries, and an improvement in quality of life. In conclusion, Some live close to their birthplace most of their lives, possibly because they are put off by the risks involved in relocating far away. While

allows them to be close to their families, they may miss some opportunities because of it.
