Strength and Weakness analysis for the scholarship analysis

Working in a start-up company as an early employee, I have to work on several areas outside financial scope because of incomplete headcount functions. At the same time, many requirements and compliances should be fulfilled as a newly established company. At that time, I helped with other tasks from legal functions,

although

my job was in the finance division. Assisted by a 3rd party consultant, I worked on various tasks related to incorporation arrangement, submission of the government requirements for finance and technologies companies, and management of the periodic compliance reports to three different authorities where the companies operate. Even though I do not have experience and knowledge about most of these tasks, I am grateful to experience

this

process. In terms of hard skills, I learned how a company should be aligned with authoritative standards and compliance. In terms of soft skills, I learned how to actively communicate with various parties to understand unfamiliar stuff, ensure that our deliverable passes the quality check before submission, and most importantly, manage my time and work based on prioritization. I realized that we can learn so many things as long as we are willing to get our hands-on approaches and care to support our workplace.
