I am Sejal Patel, from the IPCA company. The main endeavour of writing

letter is to express my dissatisfaction with the event which was recently arranged by you. It was at the Continental Hotel in Mumbai and was held on 24th February.
However
, there were some problems during the meeting. So, please let me take a moment to elaborate on them. Firstly
, the Catering was late and there were not enough dishes for attendees. Moreover
, we all employees from the local companies but the food menu was as per western culture. Secondary, during the meeting we tried to reach your company in order to arrange for the hours but could not contact you. This
was extremely unprofessional.
I hope you can understand my above-mentioned situation. I would like to offer Some Suggestions which would be helpful in the next
meeting. There should be attractive numbers to deal with any issues that come up with any issues during the event. And try to arrange the majority of the food as per our taste. I would be glad,
if you Could pass these
Suggestions to the higher management and hopefully they will take some optimistic action as soon as possible.
