The function will be held in the evening Time. I have already given the order of catering to a renowned restaurant in our City. There will be vegetarian and non-vegetarian items available in this
catering. I make a Dj system for dancing the friends and relatives. On that special day, I also
invite you with your family. Please come on Saturday evening time and join our company and make a remember day in our life.
I hope that you will accept my invitation and come on time to my celebration. I will welcome you with my warm heart. Please don’t bring any type of gift. Your presence is a precious gift for me.

The Greeting
Depending on the style and aim of the letter, you will need to adapt your greeting.
Always start an informal letter in the ways:
- Dear + name
- Hi / Hello + name
‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.
For a formal letter there are two options for the greeting:
- Use Dear Sir or Madam if you don’t know the name of the person you are writing to.
- Use Dear + surname if you do know their name, e.g. Dear Mr Smith or Dear Mrs Jones.
