I will discuss merits that are eclipsed by limitations.
To begin
with, the disadvantage of giving an opportunity to the ordinary worker by their employer to take part in the important decision of a firm is that, they are not enough capacity or in other ,words we can say completely mature to take a right decision .To illustrate

, a very prominent company Sunpharma whose economy is falling every year with a fall of 40% since it takes the help of another working group to launch their product.
Employees
who participated only think about themselves and their own growth rather than boosting the whole industry. Which has detrimental effects on the position as well as the market value of the firm.

trend has some perks and the predominant one, giving a right to take part in many valuable decisions to lower category

Consequently
,the results of the academic year give a success rate of 95% every year, which was less than 60% in previous years ,since the introduction of

in the field of innovation will not only endorse them

motivate them to do work differently In conclusion, giving a right to

to involve in the decision-making process has many advantages
however
advantages of

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
