You are studying a short course in another country. Your accommodation was arranged by the course provider. There is a major problem with accommodation. Write a letter to the course provider. In your letter: say what the problem is describe the accommodation you thought you were getting ask the provider to solve the problem
Dear Manager,
I am writing
this
letter to inform you about the dissatisfaction with the rooms which is provided by the management of the college
.
I have enrolled on a one-year course of diploma in the polytechnic program, the college
has given a commitment to provide a room
to stay. Firstly
, when I entered the premise, they have allotted a room
to me which was shared, I mentioned that I need a separate room
to study. I saw the room
, it was totally untidy and messy. I could not arrange all my belongings in that room
. Though, I stayed around 10 days. But I am feeling uncomfortable, even the kitchen is also
not in good condition. I am facing difficulty having my breakfast and dinner.
I had imagined that they will be allotting a spacious room
and not on sharing basis. Also
, I am travelling from college
to accommodation for almost one and half hours, I am not getting proper time to concentrate on my studies. I cannot travel this
many long-distance every day.
I would like to request you to change my accommodation and provide which is nearby to my college
.
Yours Faithfully,
Mohammed Idris.Submitted by mohammed.idris7860311 on
