Educaiton should be accessible to people of all economic backgrounds. All levels of educaiton, from primary school to tertiary education, should be free. To what extent do you agree with this opinion?

Literacy is a vital aspect for society to progress and I partially agree with the idea of
education
 being free at all levels for everyone. In my opinion, it should be
this
 way for schools but, tertiary
education
 is different. On the one hand, free
education
 would be a great help to some talented or studious students. They are the people who probably change the world with their unique ideas and hard-working. If authorities support them financially with different scholarships and grants to pursue their study, they will pay back through scholarly research and innovations. They can
also
 study abroad fully funded by the government to bring state-of-the-art knowledge to their own country and influence other students.
On the other hand
, funding
education
 is a big part of a national budget that should be properly spent. National universities should choose their students through examinations and based on their grades. If higher
education
 was completely free, every pupil would attend universities which negatively affects the job market. Society needs all kinds of careers and not all of them need a higher
education
 degree.
For example
, attending a vocational college is far better for construction technicians, because they need to be handymen
instead
 of engineers or scientists. In my view, people need to know their talents and desires to have a proper career,
however
, free universities will encourage everyone to attend. In conclusion, I believe literacy should be free for everyone to the level of high school diploma but, higher
education
 is better to cost no money just for gifted or assiduous pupils.
