Some people believe that entertainers are more important than scientists. Do you agree or disagree?

Research and entertainment both are very crucial aspects of humankind. Few individuals have the impression that artists are more significant than researchers. I strongly disagree with
this
belief. I have given my explanation
further
in
this
essay.
To begin
with the significance of
scientists
, the foremost point is the advancement of engineering.
For instance
, Mankind is doing progress in all sectors tremendously. To keep
this
running,
scientists
are largely essential for research and development.
Moreover
, the world has experienced various types of diseases in the
last
few decades.
For example
, people have witnessed dangerous viruses like COVID, Bird flu etc. To face these kinds of challenges, experimenters play a vital role in searching for medicines and vaccines which can prevent that diseases.
On the contrary
, entertainers are doing their job to provide only enjoyment to the audience.
Such
as musicians organize concerts and the populace enjoys their performances but it is not as significant as the researchers because society can live without singing programs but not with viruses.
Furthermore
, some comedians often create controversies to make their shows famous. To illustrate, Indian comedian, Kapil Sharma usually gives some kind of weird statement which is mainly disliked by a wise group of citizens. These kinds of controversies can influence the audience in the wrong direction. To cap it all, It is not avoidable that entertainers are part of human life and plays a key role in enjoyment.
However
,
scientists
have a vital job in
this
world to unstoppable progress and keep human lives safe. Based on
this
I wholeheartedly agree that
scientists
are more important than entertainers.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
