Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Justine Zanini, and I am the resident of flat 5 in your building located on Hay Street. I am writing to inform you about the trouble I am facing with my neighbour. I have been living in
this
flat for almost 6 years and never had any trouble with neighbours before.
However
, since the resident of flat 6 arrived a month ago, I have had some issues. She is listening to hard rock music every night from 9 pm until at least 2 in the morning, which disturbs a lot of my sleep. As you may be aware, I am working very early in the hospital, so I need to wake up at 3am. Because of my neighbour, I only had an hour of sleep per night for 4 weeks. It affects my work and my patients at the centre. I would be very grateful if you could visit
this
person and inform them of my problem. If nothing is changing in a couple of days, I would be under the obligation to call the police
next
time it happens. I believe it would cost trouble for the building. I will appreciate it if you take the necessary action urgently. Justine Zanini
