A growing population is a big problem in many countries. Should the government provide new homes in the cities or countryside?

Today China is among the largest populated country worldwide, followed by India,
second
on the list. As we all know resources are limited and should be used wisely but due to the increase in the population, demands are rising and people are migrating to different countries or places. The crowded countries have lowered their development rates due to shortages of resources.
Firstly
, the education sector is affected most because now there are limited seats for the candidates due to which less number of students are educated.
Secondly
, residential areas are affected as people don't have enough space to get settled,
as a result
, they have to compromise in small flats or houses where living members are more compared to the rooms.
Additionally
, the environment is
also
one of the important sectors which are being exploited by the public for their comfort. The increase in the population has resulted in deforestation and climatic change because of pollution.
However
, The government should take some strict measures to control the population and regulate some policies on the same.
Also
, the government should provide homes in the countryside where the lands are not fertile or can't be used except for building flats or houses. Doing
this
will encourage other schools and companies to expand in that area.
This
will provide more opportunities to the people. As cities are already occupied in large density, so providing new homes in the city will result in more traffic, air pollution, and fewer opportunities for career growth.
Also
building new homes in the countryside will result in more employment and an increase in the economy.
