letter to express my feeling that was hurting a lot. I hired a ride from your company a couple of weeks ago. The driver's behaviour was not appropriate for me. Actually ,My friend and I had planned to go for dinner that night , and suddenly he called his car had some mechanical issues and requested the same ride .

Then

I said my taxi driver to pick up, my peer, from his address .he said on my face , but I was ready to him extra for that, the driver was not going there to pick him up. I just want to say that please give your drivers training how to treat with the customers . It would be wondering if your company will teach them basic manners rules and regulations .
