You recently took a trip with a taxi company. The driver behaved in an unacceptable way and you had a lot of problems. You complained to the company but no-one has replied to your complaint. Write a letter to the taxi company. In your letter • say why you are writing and how you feel • explain what happened • tell them what you would like them to do.

Dear Sir or Madam, How are you , I hope your company going well in the market. I am Suman Preet and located in Southern Surrey in British Columbia . I am writing
this
letter to express my feeling that was hurting a lot. I hired a ride from your company a couple of weeks ago. The driver's behaviour was not appropriate for me. Actually ,My friend and I had planned to go for dinner that night , and suddenly he called his car had some mechanical issues and requested the same ride .
Then
I said my taxi driver to pick up, my peer, from his address .he said on my face , but I was ready to him extra for that, the driver was not going there to pick him up. I just want to say that please give your drivers training how to treat with the customers . It would be wondering if your company will teach them basic manners rules and regulations . Thanks for your consideration and hope to get a positive from your side. Yours Sincerely. Suman Preet
