Firstly
, there are many cars on the road, compared to the countryside, which can make air pollution. We definitely inhale unhealthy air every day and it can affect our fitness for a long time. Another point is that, even though there is better public transportation in a big city, which can make our life easier, we are more at risk of contact with others and even viruses nowadays. As we have had a coronavirus, facing the areas that are crowded may be more dangerous than places that are clearer.

, when we get on a train in rush hours, especially in the morning, there are many people using the train and we never know how healthy others are anymore.

, folk who live in the capital may be more stressed than others who live in chilled places. Effects of stress can be affected our health unnoticeably and it is not only affecting our mind
