People today sleep less and less. What are causes of this? Do you think this is a positive development?

Nowadays, the majority of the population doesn't have enough time to sleep due to the type of job role or business they do .As a matter of fact ,
causes a lot of havoc in the human structure and decreases life span globally.In my own opinion , it is a very negative development in humankind which needs to be resolved quickly.
, not having enough time to sleep will create a huge negative impact on the body, because it is good to understand the importance of sleeping at least 4 to 6 hours a day helps the arrangement to regain more energy and strength to move on to other activities,
, most society sleepless maybe because of the type of job they do mostly at night or closing work very late
at home engage with domestic activities.
has caused chronic conditions that affect many folks today
for example
lack of sleep causes hypertension and mental illness.
, it is not a positive idea not to have enough rest at the end of the day without sleeping, insomnia has a negative impact on the human organization .
might affect the whole body system which leads to death .To help improve good sleep in the life of individuals, health providers should create awareness in regards to having more sleep after one's daily tasks. And
educate people more about the major reasons why they should adhere to
suggestions. Inclusions, sleeping at least six to eight hours within twenty hours will really help people to live a healthy life and reduce life-threatening illnesses.
