Dear Sir, I am writing
this
letter to apologize for missing a meeting to onboard a new client on 12th April 2022. I am sincerely sorry for not being able to reach the office on time and understand the consequences of not being able to show the partial presentation which was only with me. I just want to bring to your attention that while coming to the office, I met with a car accident. It took time to complete all the legal formalities which were required to be followed.
Moreover
, had to get my car towed to the service station and complete the claim procedure. I request you to approve and give me an opportunity to reschedule the meeting for the 15th of April,2022 where I can present the whole presentation for a smooth transition to onboard the new client.
