You use public transport and have been facing issues. Write a letter to the public transport authorities. In your letter include: Why public transport is important to you What problem you face Suggest what can be done to improve public transport
Dear Sir,
I, Kuljeet Kaur resident of Ambala City, writing to you to explain my concerns to you regarding the difficulty faced by me as well as other passengers while travelling on the public transport.
I am working at Sector-12, Chandigarh because of that I have to travel through roadways on daily basis. There are no railways present on that route due to which it become mandatory for me to travel by road.
Although
It has all the modern amenities present inside it, still it lacks some basic services, such
as the seating arrangement is not properly designed which creates a nuisance on the bus.
Also
, there is no proper hygiene facility available on the buses which makes a feeling of uneasiness among the daily passengers as well as others. Therefore
, I want you to please provide proper seats to the travellers so that they can reach their destination in a comfortable way. Moreover
, I would also
suggest taking care of the cleanliness of these means which make the journey enjoyable and relaxed.
I am hoping that you will take into consideration this
matter and implement the suggestions as well so that no discomfort is caused to the community.
Yours Faithfully,
