The best way to improve health is to do regular exercise. To what extent do you agree?

Workout in daily life is the most common belief to put our
body
in good condition. I partly agree with
this
statement and disagree with some points. To be a healthy person, it very fundamental knowledge since we were young that physical activity every day is the best choice to strengthen our
bodies
; muscles will firm and take fat off from
body
;
moreover
, it can prevent us from being overweight, leading to stroke or diabetes. Not only beneficial for physical health but mental health too. I used to read some research about how the good thing of exercise occasionally can relieve some stress and clear your brain from toxic thinking
such
as the problem from working life or personal issue. Still, in my opinion, eating is the main factor for escalating our
body
collocate with doing an exercise. Despite going to the gym or running in the park in everyday life, it can not be helpful to our
body
if we consume unhealthy food,
such
as adding up more sugar in coffee, eating junk food, or lack of nutrition. Glucose will increase in our blood system, and the cholesterol will add up inside our
bodies
.
In addition
, the control of calories is vital for our
body
system as well; if we intake the foods more than our
bodies
need, even if we make out activities that can maintain our wholesomeness in routine, it is liable to uncomplete because our
body
can not burn fat adequate from the number of foods taking in the
body
.
As a result
of these behaviours, our
bodies
will not improve certainly. From my perspective, I believe doing exercise is a crucial factor for refraining from a bad condition in our health. Still, it has to be along with good eating behaviour, selective eating essential ingredients, and maintaining eating appropriately.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
