You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter, Describe what you enjoyed about the course Say how much cooking you’ve done since the course Suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Mr Williams I am writing
this
to share my feedback on the 14 days long cookery course that I took at your school during my summer vacations.
This
program was focused on teaching the fundamentals of baking to beginners like me.
Although
I enjoyed everything about the classes, one thing that I would like to particularly mention is the practical sessions that were conducted in groups of 3, which not only helped me to learn more from my teammates' experiences but
also
make new friends with similar interests.
This
made learning a fun experience. Ever since I participated in your course I have been baking the bread myself. Not only that, but I have
also
baked cookies many times and surprised my sister on her birthday with a beautiful cake that I baked and decorated all by myself. The
next
in line that I am looking to learn is Italian or Chinese cuisine and I believe it would be great if you could offer the course because I already loved my
first
experience at your school. I’d
also
like you to keep me on your newsletters list so I can be aware of the new courses your school is planning to conduct. Yours Sincerely Hannah
