Governments should be responsible for funding and controlling scientific research rather than private organizations. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

responsibility in place of the private

. I could not agree more that governmental institutes have to finance researchers and scientists, so they can afford the
research
requirements.
In addition
, continue with the same passion and enthusiasm. The incomes from backing scientific
research
by the
governments
are extremely productive. Due to the fact, the ability to find the

such
as economics, politics, health, and so on.
Therefore
, figuring these spots will help different communities to be more developed in
such
fields.
As a result
, increasing returns will pay back for what the

Besides
research
deficits, science can detect the flaws in any organization.
For instance
, hospitals, schools, universities, and companies. Identifying problems with the infrastructure or the system of any of the mentioned organizations can be done by filling out a survey or encouraging the staff to give feedback. In that, using different
research
tools is considered a method to find the lack and eliminate it. As a consequence, the
governments
will stop consuming money and time on these dilemmas.
Conversely

this
point,
to begin
with, the overwhelming of the public
sector
, as it barely affords to provide citizens with their basic needs. So in
such
a case, having an extra monetary burden will disturb the whole economic situation in several countries. On the other side, the private
sector
can gain vast sums of money from the production of different projects. In that case, it has the priority to be the science sponsor. To recap, for sake of seeking development,
governments
over private sectors need to spend some money on science. I wouldn’t say that the private
sector
can be the provider of scientific papers because they looking for their benefits.
However
,
Governments
’ investment in

will pay back to the public and communities.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
