Your friend is travelling overseas and you were staying at their apartment. There was a storm at that time and the apartment got damaged. In the letter, you should Tell your friend about the storm ? Explain how the damage occured ? detail what repairs need to be done ?

Dear Kola, How are you doing today and how are your parents ? I have really missed you. I want to discuss the recent incident that occurred before I exited your place.
Hence
, my reason for writing.
Firstly
, I want to give you information about the hurricane. I was at the store with your sister Louis when we heard about the storm coming towards the city from Houston on the weather news. We went straight home to take necessary precautions by closing all doors and mowing the yard.
Also
, We put away all flowers on the patio and the lawn.
Secondly
, we were settled for the day and we decided to sleep at night. To my deepest surprise, I heard the dogs barking and there was a loud sound coming from the kitchen door. The windows were totally broken and the kitchen door was pulled out by the tornado. I woke up a few minutes after the storm passed and realized most parts of the backyard had been destroyed. The major repairs to be done in the house are to replace the kitchen door and windows, there are leaks in the vents, and I think they broke down in your room. These are the things I noticed after the incident. I hope it all gets fixed nicely. Thank you for all you do and I look forward to seeing you soon. Yours affectionately, Simeon.
