Thanks to modern technological advancements, working from

 is a kind of trend that benefits employers and
employees
. Most
employees
 working from
home
 use their equipment to finish the target and, they spend their private time accomplishing company
work
. So, in my opinion, working from
home
 has more favourable aspects for the company. On the one hand, working from
home
 is now fashionable, and
people
 embark on their duties from their places.
However
, these days with the developed technology is possible to
work
 at
home
 makes no difference whether you
work
 from
home
 or in an office.
Likewise
, the
home
 working environment has many opportunities, for
people
 who have a family.
People
 can spend quality time with their loved ones. Undoubtedly,
this
 opportunity has the flexibility for all those
people
 who had a family.
Furthermore
, employers have subsidies too. For
this
 reason, they can save money on rent, and transportation. They are happy to decrease operational costs on equipment and office items of furniture.
In addition
, when organizations allow
employees
 to
work
 from
home
 at a time convenient to them, they can reduce attrition to a great extent.
On the other hand
, some
people
 are believed that working from
home
 has not worth a company’s outcomes. They think
people
 cannot concentrate due to their domestic responsibility, which is incorrect;
people
 are more submissive and cautious of their
work
, and they are putting whole efforts to accomplish company goals. In my opinion, working from
home
 has not only benefits for employers but
also
 for
employees
 as well. We should do
this
 practice in the future as well.
