Dear Mr Mark, I am writing
this
letter to inform you about the problems that we are facing in the newly rented apartment. Primary, I am kate Rupert, I moved to one of your apartments
last
month with my family. Actually, during high rainfall
last
week some water enters a couple of the bedrooms through the windows
as a result
of that it smells so awful.
Moreover
, the because of improper function of windows leads to unbearable freezing in the entire house. Because of these reasons, my parents are feeling some allergic problems because of odour and
moreover
some respiration problems because of the cold inside it. I will suggest calling the specialist to check for the problem and fixing the window as soon as possible. Hoping for prompt action from your side. Sincerely Yours Kate

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
