Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company, American Airlines, during my
last
flight from Vancouver to Ontario, on January 17th. After we landed, I went to the baggage claim in order to get my suitcase, but I was perplexed when I realized it was lost.
It is pink luggage, big size, with two zippers containing a card with my name and phone. It also
has four wheels and a white sticker on the right. It has all my belongings: clothes, suits, hygiene products and most important my
medicines, that I need to get on a daily basis.
I have already called you three times and I still got no response or information about where are my things. Please find out what happened and get in touch as soon as you find it.
