is the speed of learning time.In many surveys conducted students
who have a chance to learn foreign languages
at an early time can observe more easily knowledge.Also

,ages are the most effective and reasonable factor for learning comfortably foreign languages

and these negative circumstances may generate adverse consequences in their exam results.
To summarize,when all of these factors are taken into account students
ought to learn a foreign dialect in the primary department than in secondary school
