You recently took a trip with a taxi company. The driver behaved in an unacceptable way and you had a lot of problems. You complained to the company but no-one has replied to your complaint. Dear manager, I am writing

letter with regards to bringing your attention to one of the problems I have faced with your Uber driver, who cancelled my ride due to the payment method I selected.

caused huge trouble for me as I was about to miss my exam. actually, I have an important exam in the north of the city at my university and so I decided to take an Uber. I waited for it in my location for 30 minutes but unfortunately, he did not come. I called him and he said, due to my online payment he cancelled that request. I had to cancel that trip.

, I had to take another taxi and I was under pressure because of his actions . I would appreciate it if you consider the situation and try to solve the problem of payment online.
