On the one hand, online work
is mostly benifiting working women and newly made mothers who can easily supervise and nurture their child without having to do any work
compromise. To give one clear example, a neighbour of mine kept saying how convenient it is to fullfill all the work

problem is very common in rural areas or small towns where internet tower are not properly established. Secondly

continuously for around seven hours a day, mostly in nine to five jobs. The strain could eventually affect brain and problems like migrane follows.
To sum up, distance working, though was a better option during Corona outbreak, it should not go on forever. In some situations, it is obviously a good idea like working ladies, who are mother also
