Dear Sean, I did receive your mail which mentioned all the flight details. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be able to be there on time because my exam finishes at 10:30 am.

, It takes only thirty minutes to get there from the examination hall,

therefore

I`ll be able to be there at the airport around 11:15 am.

Although

it is a two hours delay which I am sure you won`t feel it, once you start doing shopping at the duty-free shopping complex. You should

also

try the Sri Lankan cafe latte at the Cafe Bar which is located on the

second

floor of the same premises. Shall we meet up at the visiting area around 11:30 am ? Since

this

is the

first

time we will be meeting each other, we have to figure out a way to identify. I was thinking of wearing a red coloured Polo t-shirt with a blue jean

also

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.
